3-Day Cooking Classes - first week of March and first week of November
Highly skilled chefs provide a hands-on opportunity to learn about distinctive techniques with local ingredients at The Elderberry House Restaurant.
For aspiring chefs and home gourmets, join us for three full days of instruction, each day with a luncheon and five-course dinner. Upon completion of the class, you will receive a certificate and a cookbook with all of the recipes presented during the class.

2020 Spring and Fall Sessions –

$1,475 per person for 3-day course

with hands-on instruction are available during the Spring and Fall Session.
The Program: Classes start at 9 am with a Continental Breakfast and a recipe outline for the day.
After the first 3 hours of instruction, lunch is served. Class continues to 4:00pm, dinner is served at 5:30pm.
Full Day class, $475 per person,
Cost-inclusive of the Full Day class: all recipes, instructions, lunch, a chef’s apron,
a 3-course dinner and your personalized diploma.
In each half-day session, students learn to prepare popular dishes from The Elderberry House Restaurant. After a busy morning of cooking from 9am to 1pm, guest chefs will enjoy a delicious lunch served at 1pm.
